This past Sunday, June 8th, Grassy Flats brought a slice of the Amalfi Coast to the Florida Keys with an Aperol Spritz Pool Party at Bales Away — and what a sun-soaked celebration it was! Guests gathered to sip, socialize, and soak up the good life — all under the radiant glow of an island afternoon.

A Toast to Summer

With signature Aperol Spritzes flowing freely, the energy was as effervescent as the cocktails. Live music courtesy of Pierce August and that signature Grassy Flats breeze kept the vibes high and the spirits higher.

Bites, Bubbles & Beachside Bliss

Guests indulged in fresh light bites and beachside snacks, but the real culinary highlight was the debut of Bales Away’s brand new pizza menu — a hit from the first slice. From classics like Margherita and Mushroom, to bold newcomers like the Land + Sea Spicy Vodka Lobster Pizza, the menu delivered island flavors with Italian flair. Good news for those who missed out: these pizzas will be available all summer long at both Bales Away Tiki Bar and Grassy Key Land and Sea Market!

All-Day Chill, Keys Style

Guests took advantage of the $199 Summer All-Day Aquabana deal, lounging in comfort while enjoying ice-cold Spritzes, great company, and unbeatable waterfront views. Whether in the water or poolside, it was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend.
